Terms and Conditions

1. No Refund Policy

Real Dream Consultancy maintains a strict no-refund policy. Clients are not entitled to any refund under the following circumstances:

• Signing the contract but choosing not to proceed for any reason.

• Voluntarily withdrawing the visa application at any stage.

• Failure to comply with the visa process, including non-appearance at interviews, failure to undergo medical examinations, or other required steps.

• Non-cooperation in completing the process, such as not submitting required documents or withholding essential information.

• Providing false information or fraudulent documents leading to case rejection.

• Direct communication with the relevant Visa Office or authority without written consent from Real Dream Consultancy, resulting in rejection.

• Rejection due to inability to pass background checks conducted by immigration authorities.

• Application denial due to medical, civil, criminal, national security issues, or changes in immigration rules.

2. Payment Terms

• Sufficient Funds: Clients must ensure their accounts have sufficient funds before making any online transactions. Real Dream Consultancy is not responsible for failed transactions due to insufficient funds.

• Duplicate Charges: In case of a duplicate charge due to a technical issue, Real Dream Consultancy will refund the second charge without any additional taxes.

• Refunds for Service Failure: Real Dream Consultancy is not liable for errors, defects, or misuse occurring from the client’s end during the transaction process. However, assistance will be provided to recover amounts lost due to reasons other than the client’s misuse or fraudulent activity.

• Reversal of Charges: Any reversal of charges is subject to the terms and conditions of the payment gateway and banks. Real Dream Consultancy will not be held responsible for delays in charge reversals.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Document Submission: Clients must submit all required documents within the timeframe specified by Real Dream Consultancy or the relevant Visa Office. Failure to do so may result in case delays or rejections, for which Real Dream Consultancy holds no responsibility.

• Compliance with Laws: Clients must comply with all immigration and visa rules. Real Dream Consultancy will not be responsible for case rejections due to non-compliance with immigration laws or procedures.

• Confidential Information: Clients must not share confidential information related to payment methods (Credit/Debit Cards, Internet Banking, etc.) with third parties. Any resulting misuse will be the client’s sole responsibility.

• Fraudulent Activity: The client’s IP address may be tracked for misuse of payment gateways. Any fraudulent activity will lead to legal action by Real Dream Consultancy.

4. Service Suspension or Termination

• Operational Difficulties: Real Dream Consultancy may suspend or terminate services due to operational challenges. In such cases, the client will remain responsible for any transactions made until the time of termination.

• Judicial Review: If a judicial review cannot be filed or processed due to the client’s non-compliance with the agreement, Real Dream Consultancy will not be liable.

5. Amendments to Terms

Real Dream Consultancy reserves the right to amend or change these terms and conditions as needed. Any changes will take effect from the date communicated by Real Dream Consultancy, and the client agrees to abide by the revised terms.

6. Non-Refundable Fees

• Retainer Fees: Service retainer fees are non-refundable once the contract is signed, irrespective of the case outcome.

• Twelve-Month Clause: No refunds will be issued for cases where the client has not cooperated after the completion of twelve months from the contract date, or in cases where the client is physically or mentally incapacitated, or deceased.

7. Governing Payment Terms

All payments made through Real Dream Consultancy are governed by the terms and conditions of the payment gateways and banks. By using these services, the client agrees to be bound by these third-party terms and will not hold Real Dream Consultancy responsible for any defaults in compliance.

8. Legal Compliance

The client agrees not to use Real Dream Consultancy’s services for any unlawful purposes or in violation of these terms and conditions.

9. Final Terms

All terms mentioned here must be read in conjunction with the agreement signed between the client and Real Dream Consultancy. These terms are binding and enforceable under applicable laws.Real Dreams Consultancy
